Well,mybe I’ll try not to ignore this thing as much. Summer is a much better blogging time anyway.

I’ve been having alot of vivid dreams and doing alot of questioning in my life lately.  I’m feeling pretty happy about where I am right now. Finals are approaching and I have work to finish but I think I know what I’m doing this summer and feel pretty good about it.

So I have worn a Claddagh ring since middle school. And when I say worn I mean it. It was removed for plays and swimming and nothing else. I wore it day and night for about 8 years.
My right index finger has developed a slight indent for it and everything. Having to remove it makes my hand feel naked and I will unconsciously finger the spot and get anxious.

Well, I lost the ring in October.

Since then I’ve been torn between two courses of action.
The first is to let it go and wait until someone gives me one. Claddaghs are traditionally given between lovers(or friends but that’s the loose version) and maybe I should wait for that. I lost the ring around a time I was doing some soul searching and learning to retrust God and the universe to take care of me and losing my ring seems to fall into that vein of fate.
The second urge is to go get a new one. Unsurprisingly. Of course finding my particularly claddagh style is not easy. I want the exact same ring and there is a surprising amount of variation in claddagh rings. By surprising I mean totally aggravating!

I’m currently going through a bout of searching online for another.

but maybe I should wait. idk.

I’m pretty hard to make cry during movies. Which is hilarious since I usaully cry pretty easily in any other situation.

Well, I found one that gets me.

It’s Titanic, cliche and girly as that may be.
I had a proper single pretty movie tear over it and everything.
I haven’t watched Titanic since I was 14 or so but I picked up the dvd cheap and I’m loving it more that I expected and got teary over it with a couple proper tears. Which is alot for me.

In other news, I totally need a shower.

My 16 year old brother and a friend of his who is 18 have just informed me that they have no idea who Duran Duran is. I’m afraid to ask about any other 80’s( or hell early 90’s) artists because DUDE Duran Duran still gets radio play.

I’m going to rock back and forth in a corner now. jsyk.

I have come to realize that the real reason i should not stay up all hours of the night is because I get horribly introspective(and not in my normal good way) and am more likely to write really bad poetry and avoid things I should be doing.

I had this down during the semester but break has ruined me rather thoroughly.

1. Clean room
2. Laundry!
3. Schedule a hair appointment
4. Schedule an eye exam
5. Buy bras
6. Dye my hair

Hopefully I will accomplish all of these before I go back to school on the 15th. I’m betting on only 2/3 of the list getting done.
Because that’s how I roll.

I have been dropped from coffee boy’s blogroll. Probably because I moved to a more professional blog whereas the other had some personal whatnot.

Possibly for other reasons.

I don’t like reasons that I do not know about. They make me queasy.

oh goodness. I’m going to finish watching Pride & Prejudice now and be a stereotypical girl. Occasionally I’m allowed alright?

Apparently I can only update when I’m busy. Classes have been done for a week ad I have accomplished nothing. During finals however I finished all of my assignments, which included putting up a new website, and multiple illustrations.
on that, I should go check my grades. oh goodness. I’m assuming they are fine but I always get that worry.

Alright, checked, straight B+ and one B. not amazing but well, it was more or less what I was expecting.
In other news I love being home with nothing to do.
oh, and I think I killed the plant I’m taking care of for a friend. Well, actually 6 hours of being stuck in a car on the way home seemed to kill it. I have et to tell her because I feel bad.
I’m goin gto go finish my candy cane now. mmmmm, sugar.

But so are finals, so it’s ok.

One down, three to go, I might make it out alive.

Today was full of mayhem and I got nothing done.

I need to do my hw but I just can’t bring myself to.
